Pesa Teoni

Pesa Teoni is a professional pickleball player originally from American Samoa who now calls Phoenix, Arizona home. He first picked up a paddle in 2016 while living with an aunt in St. George, Utah, after growing up playing soccer and volleyball. Since then, he has become a fixture on the pro circuit, competing in PPA, APP, and Major League Pickleball events. He plays for the Phoenix Flames in MLP and has logged over 60 pro tournaments, with his best results coming in doubles where he carries a winning record.

At just 26 years old, Teoni brings island-tough athleticism and a fearless mentality to every match. His daily routine revolves around drills, workouts, and grinding with the strong pickleball community in the Phoenix area. Off the court, he enjoys traveling, cooking, and continuing to improve his English. His long-term goal is to become the top player in the world, and with plenty of career runway ahead of him, nobody is counting him out.
