Andrew Caldarella is a 16-year-old professional pickleball player from Provo, Utah, who turned pro in 2025. Standing 5'8", the right-handed competitor has already racked up an impressive medal collection on the junior and pro circuits, including six gold, three silver, and one bronze in singles alone. Ranked 4th in the PPA Junior Boys division, Andrew is also making waves in the open pro ranks, holding positions inside the top 135 in doubles and top 105 in mixed doubles.
Andrew has partnered with fellow Utah native Braden Jacobson in men's doubles, and the two reached the quarterfinals at the Fukuoka Open. He has also competed in mixed doubles with Elsie Hendershot, taking on top-tier teams at events like the Carvana PPA Masters. At the Rock City Rally PPA Challenger, Andrew earned a bronze medal in doubles. With a growing list of main draw appearances against seasoned pros and results that keep improving, Andrew is one of the most promising young players emerging from Utah's increasingly strong pickleball scene.
