Jackie Kawamoto is the other half of pickleball's favorite twin combo, and she might actually be the more accomplished doubles player of the two. Like her sister Jade, Jackie grew up in Maui, played Division I tennis at the University of Dayton (earning a psychology degree), and made the switch to pickleball in 2019 after their dad introduced them to the sport. She turned pro in 2021 and hasn't looked back since.

Jackie plays for the Brooklyn Pickleball Team in MLP and has been a fixture on the PPA Tour, reaching quarterfinals and deeper regularly. In early 2026, she and Jade made a run to the silver medal in women's doubles at the Cape Coral Open, and Jackie reached the mixed doubles gold medal match with Eric Oncins (falling to Anna Leigh Waters and Ben Johns). She won the 2022 MLP Newport championship and has continued building her resume with strong results. Off the court, Jackie works full-time as the NCAA Assistant Coordinator of Championships and Alliances - so yes, she's literally helping run college sports AND playing pro pickleball. At 5'3", she proves that heart and hand speed matter way more than height in this sport.
