Roos van Reek

Roos van Reek is a 24-year-old professional pickleball player from Oostvoorne, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands, bringing serious international flavor to the pro circuit. Before picking up a pickleball paddle, she played college tennis at the University of Nevada, where she posted strong singles and doubles records as a freshman. She also represented the Netherlands in U14 European Championships and Summer Cups, so competing on the big stage is nothing new for her.

Van Reek has been making waves across multiple continents, competing in Australia, Asia, and beyond. Her breakout moment came at the English Open, where she earned bronze in women's singles, silver in women's doubles (partnering with Kaitlynn Hart), and gold in mixed doubles (with Richard Livornese). She called it a "milestone" after her first year competing against American players. She's also competed in the Pacific Pickleball League in both Melbourne and Sydney, and was a key contender in the IPBL 2025 Auction for her doubles strength. As one of the few European-born players making noise on the international stage, van Reek is proving that pickleball's global expansion is very real.
