Mitchell Hargreaves

Mitchell Hargreaves is Australia's top-ranked professional pickleball player and arguably the face of the sport Down Under. The 27-year-old Sydney native turned professional in 2016 and has since racked up five national titles across singles, mixed doubles, and men's doubles, plus five PPA professional event wins on the Asia Pacific circuit. He finished as the number one performing player on the NLPA PPA Australia circuit, and currently holds the #1 singles ranking in Australian pickleball.

Hargreaves is known for his strategic left-side positioning in doubles, aggressive dinking, and a willingness to take balls out of the air in the transition zone to pressure opponents. He recently claimed the top singles ranking for the first time in nine months after winning PPA Brisbane, the NSW Pickleball Championships, and a Triple Crown in quick succession. In 2025, he was drafted by the Chennai Super Warriors for the Indian Pickleball League (IPBL), further cementing his status as one of the top international players making waves beyond the US-dominated pro scene.
