Harsh Mehta

Harsh Mehta is India's No. 1 doubles pickleball player, a left-handed powerhouse from Mumbai who has earned the nickname "The Wall" for his defensive block punch technique that frustrates opponents into submission. A former table tennis player who made the switch to pickleball in 2018, Mehta has steadily built his reputation on the international stage, finishing 5th in Men's Pro Doubles at the US Open Pickleball Championship 2024 with partner Arman Bhatia and winning gold at the Winter Classic Pickleball Open 2023 with Yuvraj Ruia.

Mehta's impact extends well beyond his own results. He was the 12th overall pick at MLP Australia and has been a driving force in pickleball's growth across India, competing in PPA Tour Asia events from Vietnam to Malaysia while also taking on American competition at APP Tour stops. His left-handed game creates angles that right-handed players rarely see, and his doubles instincts make him one of the most dangerous partners in the international game.
