Mary Brascia is one of pickleball's most entertaining players to watch, known for her scrappy style, lightning-quick hands, and a behind-the-head trick shot she's dubbed the "Mary-Go-Round." Based in Mission Viejo, California, Brascia has climbed as high as #3 in the world in women's singles and is a top competitor on the PPA Tour. She picked up pickleball in 2020 after her parents introduced her to the sport, entered her first PPA tournament in Las Vegas that same year, and won the 5.0 division right out of the gate.
A Biola University film graduate, Brascia brings a creative flair both on and off the court. She hosts the MaryGoRound Podcast, is sponsored by JOOLA, and frequently competes alongside her sister Maggie Brascia in women's doubles (including a national silver medal together in 2023). She's squared off against the best in the game, including Anna Leigh Waters in singles quarterfinals at the 2025 Pickleball World Championships. With penetrating groundstrokes, nasty crosscourt angles, and a two-handed backhand that can redirect any ball, Brascia is appointment television whenever she steps on court.
