Maggie Brascia

Maggie Brascia is a professional pickleball player from Mission Viejo, California, who picked up the sport in 2020 when COVID shut down her tennis courts. What started as a family activity with her parents and sister Mary quickly turned into a full-blown pro career. Brascia went pro in 2022 while still attending Concordia University Irvine full-time, somehow managing to balance PPA Tour travel with an in-person computer science degree (no online classes, either). She graduated at 22 with a B.S. in computer science and immediately shifted her focus to full-time pro pickleball.

Now competing on the PPA Tour and in Major League Pickleball (with stints on the California BLQK Bears and Columbus Sliders), Brascia has shown she can hang with the best. She and partner Noe Khlif earned a bronze in women's doubles at a PPA event, and she frequently teams up with her sister Mary for doubles as well. She plays with a JOOLA paddle, is sponsored by RIA Eyewear alongside Mary as part of "Team RIA," and calls Nellie Gail Ranch Tennis and Pickleball Club home. With a CS degree in her back pocket and a growing list of pro results, Brascia has options most players don't.
