Braden Jacobson

Braden Jacobson is a young professional pickleball player from Utah who has risen rapidly through the ranks since picking up a paddle with his dad in 2020. By 2023, he was holding his own in a local 5.0+ moneyball group, and in 2024 he became the first-ever Pay it 4rth Scholarship athlete, training under coach Allyce Jones. That same year, he captured the PPA Junior Mixed Finals title, signaling his arrival on the national stage.

Braden has since qualified for multiple PPA Tour main draw events, including a quarterfinal run at the Fukuoka Open in men's doubles with partner Andrew Caldarella. He also reached the main draw in mixed doubles with Elsie Hendershot at the Red Rock Open. On the state level, Braden has collected titles at the Best of Utah, the Sundance League, and the Utah State Championship, establishing himself as one of the top players in Utah's inaugural high school pickleball season. Still a junior competitor ranked in the Boys 15-18 age group nationally, Braden's trajectory suggests the best is yet to come.
