Constanza Gorches is a Mexican pickleball player who brings nearly two decades of competitive tennis experience to the court. She started playing tennis at age 7, eventually earning a full scholarship to play Division 1 college tennis in the United States, where she lived independently from the age of 13 to chase her dream. After completing her MBA, she pivoted to the business side of racket sports as a Manager Consultant for Toss and Spin, a company that runs pop-up pickleball events, glow-in-the-dark sessions, corporate wellness programs, and facility management across 40+ U.S. cities.
On the competitive side, Gorches has climbed to the #1 women's doubles ranking in Central America and continues to compete in tournaments across the U.S. Her combination of high-level tennis fundamentals, business savvy, and genuine passion for growing the sport makes her a unique presence in the pickleball world. She's a vocal advocate for pickleball's social and mental health benefits, and her work with Toss and Spin has helped introduce thousands of new players to the game through over 600 events and 8,000 classes.
