Lauren Shin-Hroch

Lauren Shin-Hroch is a professional pickleball player based in Hawaii who has competed on both the APP and PPA tours. A left-handed player with crafty shot-making ability, she frequently partners with Honza Hroch and has built a reputation in the Hawaii pickleball community before stepping onto the national stage. She earned gold in Women's 4.5 Open at the Pacific Club Pickleball Invitational 2025 alongside partner Cat Ogimi and has also taken home hardware at the APP Tour Sacramento Open Golden Ticket Qualifier.

Shin-Hroch's journey from recreational play in Hawaii to competing at pro-level events on the PPA Tour (including the Selkirk Red Rock Open with partner Celeste Oto) and MLP showcases the kind of rapid development that's become a hallmark of modern pickleball. She co-organized the Pacific Club Pickleball Invitational with Honza Hroch, proving she's as passionate about growing the sport as she is about competing in it.
