Jorge Quintero is a 38-year-old professional pickleball player, coach, and entertainer from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Known for his signature move "The Jorge" (officially recognized by Pickleball Canada) and a highlights reel full of behind-the-back shots, ATPs, and Berts, Quintero brings a level of showmanship that makes him one of the most fun players to watch on any court. He's a Canadian National Champion in the Open division and swept the Triple Crown at Alberta Provincials, proving the trick shots come with real substance underneath.

Quintero discovered pickleball about six years ago through a squash sponsor and was hooked almost immediately. He runs JQI Pickleball, offering coaching and group training sessions, and travels extensively from Edmonton to find higher-level competition. Sponsored by Churco Pickleball and rocking the Churco Cuadra paddle, he attends select PPA events yearly, including the Atlanta Open. One of his most memorable moments was coming back from 10-1 down to win 12-10 in a pro tournament. Off the court, he's an advocate for growing Canadian pickleball, especially junior programs, and predicts the sport will be in the Olympics within the decade.
